Delivery and Set-up

Delivery and setup is required for all wedding cakes and for some multiple tiered special occasion cakes. Delivery is a minimum of $25 for cakes within a 30 mile radius of The Wildflour & Company. All other deliveries are $0.54 per mile roundtrip. The distance will be determined by the shortest distance as calculated by Google Maps.

*Outdoor Events: Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat, humidity or other weather conditions. We are not liable for a cake once it has been delivered or picked up.

Pick-Up

If you want to pick up your order, please make arrangements beforehand to set up a time. Please arrive to pick up your order on time. Please specify who will be picking up your order if it will not be you. Orders will only be given to the person listed on this contract. If you choose to pick up your order and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the or once it leaves us. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into your item(s). We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile. Please brake easily & drive carefully & slowly.

Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

Cancelation Policy

In the event of cancellation: Orders cancelled prior to the 14 day lockout date can be refunded up to 50% of balance paid. The 50% retainer will not be refunded. Orders cancelled after the 14 day lockout date will not be refunded. In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled event date – please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Communication is key, if you are up-front about any issues about your date we will work hard to accommodate you. We understand things can come up that are out of your control.

DISCLAIMER

In the case of an emergency or an error in your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can fix the issue right away! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please call us the day of your event and explain the situation. In the rare case that you are unhappy with your items and would like a refund, you must call the day of your event so your order can be returned. Without proof that you are indeed unhappy with the product and will not be using it for your event, we will be unable to refund any portion of your payment. This is necessary to hinder the very rare case of “If we complain, we’ll get a free cake” issue we occasionally come across. By signing this, you also agree that certain creative changes may be made to your final design for the sake of stability, structural integrity or other certain emergencies. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Wildflour to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.

Our Guarantee

We promise to do everything in our power to deliver you products that exceeds your expectations. We will work with you on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your order. Please note that colors and design of actual order may vary slightly from computer mock-up due to the nature of digital and edible components.
